If you have a lot of clutter around you, it could stop you from focusing on what you must get done. Make sure you take 15-30 minutes as part of your daily routine to address this issue. Staying organized will help to keep you balanced and allow you to use your time more effectively.

 5.       Time Management

If you implement the first four items above, they will help you use your time more effectively. Once you make the above a habit, you will be more effective in all that you do. Complete your most dreaded task first, follow a checklist and keep it as a visual aide to help you. This will make all the difference.
